We will email you by Thursday Nov. 13 to let you know if there is a vacant spot for you.

What is the dress-code for this event?

Smart-Casual.

Will lunch be served at the conference?

Unless you have been invited to the Facebook lunch recruitment session, lunch will not be provided
at the conference. There are many restaurants located close to the University of Toronto campus.

I am not a student but am a recent graduate. Can I still come to Changing the World for free?

As the conference is made free for students by our sponsors, providing tickets to this group is
our highest priority. You can still become a Friend of Changing the World ($500). You can also
email us at inquiries [at] changingtheworld.ca to be added onto the waiting list for a free ticket.
We will email you by Thursday November 13, 2008 to notify you if there is vacant spot for you at
Changing the World.

Is there reserved seating at Changing the World?

Yes. Seating is reserved so if you want to sit with your friends, please obtain a ticket together.
You can obtain tickets together through ticketmaster (see the next question if it applies to you).

I am a Queen's Arts and Science, Law, Engineering, or Computer Science student. How do I
obtain my ticket? What if I want to sit beside my friends who also signed up from my faculty?

If you signed up your name in your faculty main office and are not on a waiting list, you have a
ticket reserved for you. You will receive details in an email about where and when to pick up your
ticket for Changing the World. If you want to sit with your friends in your faculty who have also
signed up, please pick up the tickets together and request for seats beside each other. Please
bring your student ID when you pick up your ticket.

What if I am not in Arts and Science, Law, Engineering, or Computer Science and I want to get ticket?

Please go to ticketmaster to obtain your ticket and register online at our registration page

I am a Queen's Arts and Science, Law, Engineering, or Computer Science student. What if I obtained
a ticket off of ticketmaster AND signed up on my faculty list?

Please go to ticketmaster and reserve tickets beside each other. If you have already signed up on a
faculty list, please email us.

What is happening with the free buses?

If you are part of Queen's Arts and Science, Law, or Computer Science, you have free transportation
arranged for you by your faculty. When you pick up your ticket (if you signed up on the faculty
signup sheet and are not on a waiting list), you will receive a bus ticket. Please only take a bus
ticket if you are planning on taking the bus. If you do not take the bus, we can offer your spot to
someone else. Also, if you are only taking the bus down to Toronto, please only take the outbound to
Toronto ticket.
